Dear Sisters and Brothers,

This weekend the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Epiphany.  It celebrates the arrival of the three Magi to Bethlehem.  They brought gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh – we need to ask ourselves – “what gifts do we bring to the Lord?’ Hopefully we can answer that question very easily.  Whether we can or not – we need to think about it and respond to the Lord as best we can.  This Solemnity also brings to the end of the Christmas Season.  For next weekend we will enter into Ordinary Time.
