Dear Sisters and Brothers,
Alleluia! Alleluia! The Lord is Risen! Here we are celebrating the Solemnity of Easter. Unfortunately, the nation and the world are still dealing with Covid. However, things are somewhat better. This year everything – the Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday will be celebrated in the church.
Yes, we will celebrate the fact that Jesus died and rose from the dead. We can celebrate the fact that we are all children of God through baptism – regardless of our race, our ethnic background, our age, our gender, or our sexual orientation — we are all part of God’s family! How blessed we are! Alleluia!
Peace,
Fr. Marty
