Dear Corpus Christi,
As Cindi Tift mentioned in her reflection in last Sunday’s Order of Worship, the theme for this year’s Advent at Corpus
Christi is “Blessed are you who believed.” Faith in the promises of God and God’s enduring presence is a difficult in the best of times and can border on the impossible in times like ours beset by so many challenges.
I hope that this season, in which we prepare for Christ’s return, each of us can experience the durability of God’s love for and commitment to us.
